Frequently asked questions
Good questions to ask first.
If yours isn't here, email brandon@kraftedwoodworks.com or start a project below.
What does Krafted build?
Custom cabinetry and custom furniture: very unique pieces you can't find on the shelf. Round pieces, custom sizes, and the species of wood and color you have in mind.
Can you build something from a picture or a drawing?
Yes. Many of our pieces start with a picture: "Can you turn this into reality, but in this size, this color and this species of wood?" Bring what you have, and we'll work through the details with you.
Do you work with interior designers and architects?
Yes. We build the pieces designers come up with that aren't typical, and we work through the details directly with the designer, the architect and the project manager, so nothing is missed.
How is Krafted connected to Adept Construction?
Krafted Woodworking is Adept Construction's in-house shop for custom cabinetry and furniture. Mike Spuler leads both. Keeping cabinetry in-house means details can be settled the same day with the client, the architect and the interior designer.
Do you only build for Adept's homes?
No. We build the cabinetry for Adept's projects, and we also take on custom furniture for designers and private clients, and white-label cabinetry for other builders.
What is white-label cabinetry?
We build the cabinetry in our shop, and it goes into your project under your company's name. It's for builders and contractors who want custom cabinetry without running a shop of their own.
How much does custom cabinetry or furniture cost?
Every piece is different: the size, the species of wood, the finish and the details all change the cost. We start by talking through your project, then give you a quote for it.
How long does a custom piece take?
It depends on the piece and on what's already in the shop. We'll give you a timeline with your quote, once we know the details.
Where is your shop?
In Spokane Valley, Washington. We build for clients in Spokane, Spokane Valley and across the Inland Northwest.
